It usually takes us around 14 days to build your site from scratch (just with your ideas and specifications) and around 3 weeks to 1 month for your online store. This of course depends on the site you want… We have the possibility of placing your order as a priority, for this you must take the “priority delivery” option when placing your order.

We use the LWS host which is the cheapest hosting solution on the market but also the most efficient in terms of server capacity. We build our websites and online stores 100% with WordPress (the best CRM) and Woocommerce. For page construction, we use Elementor which is perfectly suitable.

To set up the payment systems and gateways, we will have to create a Paypal or Stripe account for you according to your choice (or even both if you wish). To create these financial accounts, we will need your KBIS (company registration documents) as well as your documents and proof of identity. You will send them to us by email when the time comes as soon as we notify you. The Stripe payment method uses 3-D secure which is recognized as a security guarantee.

We will send you by email the administrator name and password linked to your site in order to access your WordPress administration area of ​​your site or online store. We will also give you access to your professional email box (if you have taken the option), as well as the usernames and passwords for LWS administration and your FTP server. You can of course modify them later.

You have the possibility to take out a subscription (3, 6, 12 months), so that we can completely manage your website or your online store. Please note that with Selen Agency we offer you the domain name (in .fr or .com worth less than €20) as well as hosting for a period of 1 year. We will of course be able to correct information or functionalities during the construction of the site according to your personal choices and requirements.

In these cases you will no longer have access to our services for which your subscription was active.
